Now you don't have to change chargers if you change battery types. The NEW ON BOARD Select-A-Charge line is the last charger you'll ever need. Switch from wet deep cycle, AGM, or starting batteries with the push of a button. Also selectable is the type of gassing/absorption mode. If set to shut off mode, baby sit feature recycles charger if voltage drops too low. Optional ambient temperature compensation is available for extreme temperatures. The digital readout shows percent of charge, and battery voltage, plus a tri color LED for a more informed charge cycle. Comes with 24” 3 prong AC cord, and 6’ color coded DC leads with 3/8” ring terminals.  This unit ships from the manufacturer and may take 2-5 days to build.

Selectable Charge Profiles (see PDF chart):

F1 - Float: Regulates the battery voltage at 2.3 volts per cell. Best for starting batteries, and gel's

F2 - Gas & timed shut off: Timer trips at 2.3vpc, gassing threshold. Batteries are allowed to gas to a maximum of 2.55vpc before shut off. Best for deep cycle batteries

F3 - Gas & float: Timer trips at 2.3vpc, gassing threshold. Batteries are allowed to gas to a maximum of 2.55vpc before dropping into indefinite float of 2.26vpc. Best for deep cycle batteries that may see long periods of inactivity.

F4 - AGM: Batteries bulk charge to 2.3vpc, and enter absorption cycle where voltage is allowed to climb to a maximum 2.45vpc before dropping into indefinite float of 2.26vpc.
