The Battery Tender Plus 6 Volt (021-0144) has been merged with the 6V Battery Tender Junior (021-0127) . They took the style and name of the Jr. and the specs of the Plus making the new Battery Tender Junior 6 Volt (022-0196) an 1.25A charger maintainer.
The 6 volt Battery Tender Plus is a 1.25 amp battery charger designed to fully charge a battery and maintain it at proper storage voltage without the damaging effects caused by trickle chargers. Included is a quick connect harness for hard to reach areas. This unit is perfect for charging motorcycle, ATV's or any powersport vehicle and will do an excellent job maintaining car and farm equipment batteries. Temperature compensated to ensure optimum charge voltage according to ambient temperature. Automatically switches from full charge to float charging mode. The automatic Battery Tender at 1.25 amps will charge as fast or faster than any 3 amp charger available. Reverse Polarity Protection to ensure user safety.
