The Vespa 125cc Sprint of the 60's and 70's was affectionately called the "Vespino". It was made in Spain and became iconic in that country. These were in fact so popular that an Indian company called Bajaj copied the design and sold thousands of them there as well. It was cheap transportation in a time when a better alternative was needed in Europe. While America was cranking out the iconic muscle cars like 68' Mustangs and 69' Cameros, Europe was still recovering from WWII and in need of a way to economically navigate cities. The "Vespino" was the answer. To get a replacement battery for your iconic Vespa Sprint just scroll down! Please note that not all models need a battery!
