The 66010-82B Harley battery was used once on the 80 cubic inch (1340cc) FL, FLH touring series bikes from 1980 to 1996. All of the other touring bikes use a larger sized battery.

The Harley Davidson part number 66010-82 has had some upgrades over the years. They append the letter A, B or C after the number when a newer higher crank version is available, while the physical size of the 66010-82 battery remains the same throughout the update.

Remember to take into account, that the CCA is not the only metric you should pay attention to, the Ah is vitally important and arguably more important for a Harley motorcycle. If you can increase both these numbers from what the OEM specs indicate you know you have a solid battery that will stand the test of time. Our Baseline AGM flush-mount Harley battery is the Deka Magna Power ETX series by East Penn manufacturing. East Penn is the manufacturer of the original equipment battery found in your FLH. Of course back in the day Yuasa manufactured the original wet battery under the part number Y50-N18L-A-CX. Our other advanced AGM product is provided by MotoBatt and Braille, with Braille being the best replacement option.
