The Merits Pioneer 3 mobility scooter requires two (2) 12V 35Ah batteries. These batteries can be safely charged with our 5 amp chargers. For a faster charge you can use our 7 amp chargers. Gel and AGM batteries require different chargers, choose accordingly. The Pioneer 3 has a 350 pound weight capacity and a top speed of 5 mph. Remember to turn your scooter off before removing and replacing batteries.
