Since their introduction in 2003, Razor electric scooters have captivated children of all ages. The eco-friendly devices are a fun and affordable way to make brief trips. In addition to being popular recreational toys for children, some adults in urban settings use the scooters to commute to work or run errands.
Proper Battery Maintenance
Most models are equipped with two 12-volt, rechargeable, sealed lead-acid batteries. Each unit has an Underwriters Laboratory, or UL, approved battery charger as well. You must properly charge your Razor scooter battery to get the best range between charges. Proper charging techniques will also extend the life of the device. After extended use of your scooter, remember to turn it off and charge the battery for at least 8 hours. You can prolong the life of your battery by disconnecting it if you do not plan to ride your scooter on a regular basis.
