Impact Battery is proud to offer FREE Ground Shipping on orders totaling $50.00 USD or more.

All items qualify. Nothing is excluded from this offer and the shopping cart will automatically calculate your savings.

$50 USD Free Shipping Offer

This offer applies to the total dollar value of the items in your cart before any shipping charges or discounts have been selected for orders shipping to the lower US 48 States. We use a combination of FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight, USPS Priority Mail and USPS First Class Mail depending on the size, weight and item combination from your order. Please be sure to include a valid USPS and UPS/FedEx shipping address if they are different as we will choose the method of shipment based upon our cost, location of product, overall processing time and total estimated time in transit. Most orders will ship within 24 business hours and will take 2-5 business days in transit. However, it could take up to 7 business days. Some items marked in stock are drop shipped directly from our manufacturers and may take extra time in processing or could possibly be out of stock. We will do our best to notify you immediately if there will be a delay.

You will also have the option to select FedEx Ground, FedEx 3 Day, FedEx 2nd Day and FedEx Next Day Air which guarantees delivery in 3, 2 or 1 business days. These FedEx options will cost more. If free shipping was an option during checkout and you choose FedEx Ground we will make sure that FedEx Ground is utilized. Generally, our cut off to get orders with expedited shipping out the door is 2:00pm EST (11:00am PST). We will do our best to process expedited orders that arrive after this time the same business day; however it depends on where the stock is located. FedEx Ground delivers Monday-Friday. FedEx Ground Home Delivery is Tuesday-Saturday. A web order that arrives on time Friday with Next Day Air selected will not be delivered until Monday, which is the next business day. Please call 866-668-3163 for special Saturday delivery options.

Orders That Do Not Qualify for Free Shipping

If your item does not qualify for free shipping based on total order value, consider increasing the quantity or adding additional items to the cart until you reach the $50.00 USD free shipping level. Please note: When free shipping is not an option, items selected to go UPS Ground will be shipped either UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS First Class Mail depending on the item. Unfortunately there is no way for us to have an option for all three in the shopping cart so we try our best to choose the fastest (and yes cheapest) method. Please be sure to include a valid USPS and UPS shipping address if they are different.

We do our best to reflect honest shipping metrics. On occasion when an item is added to the cart and is destine for Hawaii, Alaska or one of the territories it may indicate free shipping. The order may process, but know this is an oversight and will be corrected. You will be contacted and informed of the correct shipping amount. If no response is received in a reasonable period of time we will assume you wish to continue with the order and provide permission to charge your credit the difference. There are some smaller sealed lead acid and power sport batteries that we can ship to HI and AK for free. If there are any questions please contact us.

In many cases we are able to have packages arrive in 2-5 business days, but the Ground option can take up to 7 business days. Please remember that orders placed later on a Friday will most likely be processed the following Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a holiday). If the transit time happens to be the full 7 business days the package will not arrive until Wednesday of the following week. This will seem like an eternity as it incorporated 2 weekends adding 4 actual days before delivery. You will still have the option to choose UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day, and UPS Next Day Air. There is no Saturday delivery option on the website. If your require special Saturday delivery please call 866-668-3163.

In some cases a US zip code from HI, AK, or its territories may accidentally show free shipping. Should this occur, a representative from Impact Battery will call and or email the customer to let them know what the actual shipping cost will be and if the order should continue. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience this may cause.

Valid Shipping Address

Every billing & shipping address provided to Impact Battery is verified against the USPS/Endicia address directory. If the address validates we will ship the order. If we cannot validate the address we will contact the customer to try and receive a valid shipping address. We use both USPS Priority Mail/USPS First Class Mail and FedEx Ground shipping for all orders that qualify for FREE shipping (except when FedEx Ground is chosen despite being eligible for free shipping) and for all FedEx Ground orders that do not qualify for free shipping. You must supply a valid UPS/FedEx and USPS shipping address, if they are different, on the order. Otherwise as long as the address provided validates in the USPS/Endicia system we reserve the right to send it with any carrier. Should the package be returned deliverable the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges.

Delivery Expectations

Tracking will be provided. Unless requested (and paid for) packages are authorized to be left at the recipient’s address without signature. Packages that have a valid delivery scan become the sole responsibility of the buyer. Impact Battery stops being responsible for packages once a delivery scan is uploaded. If porch theft is a concern, it is the buyer’s responsibility to communicate with the carrier regarding the various delivery options they provide and/or to purchase delivery insurance.

By making a purchase with Impact Battery, you, the buyer, accept these delivery terms and release Impact Battery from all liability upon valid delivery scan by the carrier.

Shipping Delays Due to Stock

On occasion items move quicker than we can update the website or incoming freight gets delayed causing a back order situation. We always strive to keep the listings accurate, but sometimes discover we are merely human. Should something like this happen that unexpectedly delays or would cause a delay to the processing of your order Impact Battery will automatically provide a free upgrade to the next best option within the same brand or another brand that is equal or better in specification and performance. We understand that most of you would rather us act on your behalf, as your agent, trusting our knowledge of the battery industry. So in many cases we will not notify you of these changes prior to shipping. The change will be notated in your order.

In an event that we cannot find an equal substitute, the time delay is going to be too long or the only option is operationally different in performance or a totally different price level making a free upgrade impossible we will notify you and go over the options. Usually include a discount.

Canadian and International Orders

We use FedEx, UPS and USPS for our international orders. Some of the shipping methods may incur additional brokerage, customs or sales tax fees that are beyond our control. Once the package has a pickup scan, Impact Battery is no longer responsible for the package. Ownership transfers to the international buyer as soon as the package leaves our building and starts its journey around the world.

Error in Shipping

If Impact Battery makes an error in shipping we will do everything in our power to make it right! If an item is accidentally omitted, we will send it immediately upon being notified and confirming what item is missing. If an incorrect item is sent we will send the correct item with a pre-paid return label to get the original item back. We will provide up to thirty days for the original item to be sent back. During the 30 days we will make several phone and email attempts to remind you to return the item. If we do not see any carrier scans on the pre-paid label after 30 days we will charge the card on file the amount of the item. If the item is returned in the same condition it left here after this charge has been applied, we will fully refund the card on file. If the item is not returned it will be considered a finalized purchase.

Shipping Definitions

Build to Order

Products with the option "Build to Order" take longer to fufill than a regular order. This is because your order has to be sent to the manufacturer, custom built, and shipped out. So, expect shipping delays when using the 'Build to Order" option. This option takes advantage of direct shipment.

Drop Shipment

A drop shipment is a method of delivering your product from the manufacturer or supplier directly to you, the customer. A drop shipment will be processed when Impact Battery does not stock your product at their local warehouse. All shipping dates will be different depending on the products ETA.

Direct Shipment ("Ships Direct")

A direct shipment is the method of delivering your product from the manufacturer directly to you, the customer. A direct shipment will be processed when either Impact Battery does not have the product on hand or it is being built to order. All shipping dates will be different depending on the products ETA.

Back Order

Products displaying the "Back Order" button allow you to get in the purchase line and lock in your order. Shipment will occur as soon as the item arrives in stock. Often we will display the estimated time of arrival (ETA) provided to Impact Battery by the manufacturer as a guide to when you should expect it your order to arrive.
