We stock two brands of the 4 bank marine battery charger: Dual Pro 4 bank chargers: The 10A per lead SS4 and the 15A per lead PS4. We also stock the Noco Genius GEN4 which is also a 10A per lead charger. All of these chargers maintain an IP68 rating which means they are fully waterproof and submersible to a depth of at least 1 meter.

These 12V multi-bank chargers make it possible to charge a combination of systems that include 24V, 36V and 48V setups.

In a 48 volt system, for example, you would connect one lead to each 12 volt sub-series. There is no need to disconnect the wires creating the 48V series.

In a 36V system, like you might find on a really nice bass boat, you will often find a 12 volt starting battery and a 36v trolling motor. In this setup you would connect one of the four charger leads to the starting battery and the remaining 3 leads will connect to each 12V sub-series powering the trolling motor.

Your advantage is that each battery is independently charged and isolated from the others. You also only need to worry about plugging one charger into the AC port. A 4 bank charger will take up less space on the boat and keep all your charging gauges in one spot where you can quickly and easily assess the condition of your batteries.
