Quick Charge SCO Series On Board Battery Charger 72 Volt 20 Amp Rings
Now you don't have to change chargers if you change battery types. Quick Charge's 72V 20A SCO7220 On Board Select-A-Charge line is the last charger you'll ever need.
Arrives with a two foot 3-prong 110VAC cord, and 6' color coded 3/8" ring terminal DC connector leads. Max DC Amps is 20.
The Quick Charge Select-A-Charge On Board chargers are compact for their power output, and can mount in any direction, on scissor lifts, floor scrubbers, standby generators, pallet jacks, electric vehicles, or anything that would benefit from an on-board battery charger.
They are vibration resistant, and totally enclosed in a die cast enclosure. This IP65 rating will resist the effects of water and dirt in most harsh environments.
They are energy efficient, up to 25% more so than ferroresonant chargers. Best of all, they are made in the USA. These are built to order by the manufacturer, so allow about a week lead time.

Switch from wet deep cycle, AGM, or starting batteries with the push of a button. You can also choose the type of gassing/absorption mode. If set to shut off mode, the baby sit feature recycles the charger if voltage drops too low.
The digital readout shows percent of charge, and battery voltage, plus a tri color LED for a more informed charge cycle.
Selectable Charge Profiles:
F1 - Float: Regulates voltage at 82.8 Volts. Best for starting batteries, and gel's
F2 - Gas & Timed Shut Off: Batteries are allowed to gas to a maximum of 91.8 Volts before shut off.
F3 - Gas & Float: Batteries are allowed to gas to a maximum of 91.8 Volts before dropping into indefinite float of 81.36 Volts.
F4 - AGM & Float: Includes absorption cycle to a maximum of 88.2 Volts before dropping into indefinite float of 81.36 Volts.
F5 - Lithium Ion: Must be pre-programmed at the factory.
Some of the 5 profiles have specific adjustments that can be programmed to fine-tune the charge profile to your specific brand of battery or usage profile.
Profile Adjustments are:
- d0 Standard gassing/absorption cycle. Applicable to most applications (d0 is the default setting).
- d1 Shortened gassing/absorption cycle. For frequent shallow discharging, or frequent recharging of batteries with very little discharge. Suitable for opportunity charging.
- d2 Lengthened gassing/absorption cycle. For batteries requiring long gassing/absorption cycles. US Battery, and Full River are two brands that benefit from longer charge cycles.
- r0 When set to the F2 profile, charge will terminate, and will not monitor the battery (r0 is the default setting).
- r1 When set to the F2 profile, charge will terminate, and the battery will be checked weekly, if the voltage falls to a predetermined level, the charger will recycle and bring the battery(s) back up.
Optional ambient temperature compensation is available for extreme temperatures.
