Works with 42 volt battery powered vehicles or battery systems, most commonly used on golf carts. Ideally mounted permanently to keep the batteries in optimum condition and extend battery life. The system should be charged regularly as the BLS will use battery energy to operate. Can also rejuvenate batteries. Comes with 3/8" eye rings for attachment to the battery terminals. On/Off switch included.
The BLS-42B part number was changed to the BLS-42N. The BLS-42N now has a shutoff point around 90% State of Charge
