The Hoveround Transporter GL mobility scooter requires two (2) 12V 35Ah (U1) batteries. These batteries can be safely charged with our 5A chargers, or for faster charges, you can use our 7A chargers. The Transporter GL has a range of about 25 miles and a top speed of 4mph. Always turn your powered wheelchair of before removing and replacing batteries.
