DMU12-12 & DJW12-12 Peg Perego Replacement Battery

Important Note: There are two 12 Volt Peg Perego battery sizes that fit these John Deere ride-on-toys. The smaller one is a 12V 8A and the larger one is a 12V 12A (DMU12-12, DJW12-12, NP12-12, IAKB0501). As designed, either the DJW12-12 or the DMU12-12 battery could be found in your toy. Our replacement batteries fit inside the existing blue case, so you need to confirm which battery you need prior to purchase. we have both available.

This rechargeable 12 volt 12 amp battery matches the original Peg Perego capacity specs. It features AGM non-spillable SLA (sealed lead acid) technology and comes with a 1-year Peg Perego replacement battery. You will need to re-use the existing blue safety case and wire harness. This battery fits inside the blue case.

No need to pay retail prices to repalce the entire battery system which includes the blue protective case, wire harness and battery when you need only replace the battery for a fraction the cost. This replacement battery is NOT your best option for a plug-n-play 2nd battery, as it is only intended as a replacement for your existing 12A battery and does NOT come with the wire harness or blue safety cover. It is the black battery only and fits inside your existing blue case. Purchase the entire system if you want a 2nd battery for the same toy.
