Odyssey PC1200 Battery vs. MotoBatt MBTZ26RHD Group 26 Battery
Enersys, the maker of the Odyssey PC1200 battery has a new challenger. MotoBatt, another premium AGM battery manufacturer, has added the MBTZ26RHD to its collection of power sport batteries.
Continue reading to see why we feel this is significant and how you can benefit.
In the side-by-side comparison and we will lay out the case for you to consider buying the MotoBatt MBTZ26RHD vs the Odyssey PC1200.
Five Significant Reasons to Consider MBYZ26RHD:
1. Dual Terminals
Having dual terminals makes the MBTZ26RHD the perfect auxiliary battery for your SXS or UTV. Connecting two batteries in parallel is now a breeze.
No need to stack every accessory onto one set of terminals; you have twice as many connection points to attach and power your stuff.
2. Higher Capacity
With nearly 30% more capacity than the PC1200 you can better run all those power-hungry accessories. The winch, the stereo, the extra light bars they all require extra amps to operate. The MBTZ26RHD has ‘extra’ you demand.
3. High Cranking Power
MotoBatt pulls out a slight win on cold cranking power. With a CCA of 585 vs Odyssey’s 540 CCA, MotoBatt gains almost 10% more crank. Both batteries produce 1200 Pulse Hot Cranking Amps (PHCA).
4. Contains 99% Pure Lead
Heavy-duty 99% pure lead calcium cast grids deliver high strength large surface area plates. This sets the foundation for superior performance and longevity.
5. Save Money
Being made in Malaysia vs USA, the MBTZ26RHD is kinder on your wallet.
The average person will save around $100 or upwards of 40% compared to prices published on each manufacturer’s website.
The MBTZ26RHD is the perfect battery for Polaris Ranger and other UTV / SxS vehicles that want a powerful starting & auxilary battery.
